Stateline Power is a joint venture formed to provide approximately 900 megawatts of off-grid power to a data center campus pursuant to a long-term equipment rental arrangement. Held in a 50.1% / 49.9% JV with MZX Tech LLC (an affiliate of CTC Property LLC). The facility utilizes distributed power generation equipment and is managed by Solaris Power Solutions Stateline Operating, LLC. Funded in part by a delayed draw term loan facility with Stonebriar Commercial Finance LLC.
