Consolidated U.S. Mid-Continent oil and natural gas portfolio of SandRidge Energy, Inc., an Oklahoma City-based independent E&P organized in 2006 that emerged from bankruptcy in 2016. Interests span ~574,599 gross (378,537 net) leasehold acres primarily in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas, aggregated across the Mississippian Lime, Meramec and Cherokee formations on the Anadarko Shelf and Western Anadarko Basin, with an average working interest of 57.1%. At year-end 2025 the company held 1,446 gross (825 net) producing wells (~930 operated) and one active drilling rig. Total estimated proved reserves were 69.1 MMBOE (60.3 PD / 8.8 PUD), with a standardized measure (equal to PV-10, as no future income tax applies) of US$439.6 million. 2025 net production averaged 18.5 MBOE/d (6,768 MBOE for the year). The development focus is the Cherokee play, where a 2025 program converted 4.7 MMBOE of PUD to PDP.
