Operations focused in Cold Lake (Alberta) and Lloydminster (Saskatchewan) regions. Sold Montney segment (Groundbirch June 2025 + Kakwa/Grande Prairie July 2025) for total ~$2,691M, classifying as discontinued operations. Acquired Vawn thermal project from Cenovus Dec 1, 2025 for $71M (adjacent to Edam property, ~5,000 bbl/d incremental). 2025 continuing ops production 114,519 boe/d (99.6% liquids). 2026 guidance 120-130 Mboe/d with $1.0B capex.
