Greenfield copper-molybdenum porphyry project in Apurimac, Peru. Envisions an open-pit mine with combined concentrator and SX-EW operations producing 130,000 t/yr copper and 7,500 t/yr molybdenum; estimated capital $2,600M with operations expected from 2031. As of Dec 31, 2025 the presence of illegal miners within the project area has prevented advancement; the company continues actions with authorities to regain control while implementing environmental and social programs in Tapayrihua and Tiaparo communities.
