Large district-scale uranium exploration land package across the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan and Alberta, assembled largely through the April 2024 acquisition of 92 Energy Limited and organized into named exploration districts (North Rim, East Rim, Cable Bay). Includes numerous claim groups advanced under option and joint-venture agreements (e.g. Spire/Horizon, Pasfield Lake, Vista, Plateau/Ledge, North Beacon, North Crest, North Valour-East, Apex, North Terra/North Pinnacle). All holdings are at the exploration stage with no defined mineral resources.
