Project information
Description
Flagship porphyry copper-gold and skarn project (formerly Guintar-Niverengo-Margaritas) in Antioquia, central-northern Colombia, comprising the Guintär, Niverengo, El Alemán, Margaritas and Chuscalita areas. The package was acquired through Northern Colombia Holdings and was originally advanced with AngloGold Ashanti and under a 50-50 alliance with Mineros S.A. that was terminated in May 2023, leaving the company with 100% of the core titles; the company holds 80% options over El Alemán and Chuscalita. The Chuscalita application was converted into a granted 30-year Mining Concession Contract on January 5, 2026, and drilling recommenced in January 2026 with porphyry-style intercepts including GUI-DD-028 (176 m at 1.2 g/t gold equivalent). No mineral resource has been defined.
