Interest conditions:
7.5% of Barrick's 60% interest in payable gold until 990,000 ounces delivered, 3.75% thereafter. 75% of Barrick's interest in payable silver until 50 million ounces delivered, 37.5% thereafter. Cash purchase price is 30% of spot until thresholds met, 60% thereafter. Silver deliveries subject to deferral mechanism if recovery falls below 52.5%.
Description
As at 31 December 2025
Open-pit gold mine located in the central part of the Dominican Republic. Consists of two main open-pits, Moore and Monte Negro, plus a smaller satellite pit, Cumba. Refractory ore processed through autoclaves and CIL circuit. Phase 1 of the plant expansion achieved commercial production in Q3 2024. Phase 2 focuses on extending mine life with the new Naranjo tailings storage facility.
