Large Cu-Au-Ag skarn system with associated breccias and porphyry-style mineralization. Located 60 km north of Cajamarca in the Hualgayoc District, adjacent to the producing Tantahuatay and Cerro Corona mines. Property covers 3,303 hectares of mineral concessions. Acquired through a merger with Southern Legacy Minerals in 2014 and subsequent property consolidations. Phase 2 metallurgical test program with Nuton LLC is underway to evaluate bio-leaching technologies. Integrated resource estimate with Coimolache targeted for Q1 2026. Flagship Peruvian copper-gold asset.
