Flagship gold-antimony-silver project in the Stibnite Mining District of Valley County, Idaho, USA, positioned as one of the largest and highest-grade open-pit gold deposits in the country and the only antimony reserve in the United States, a critical mineral. Comprising the Yellow Pine, Hangar Flats, and West End deposits plus historical tailings, the project will produce gold-silver dore bullion and an antimony concentrate using flotation, pressure oxidation, and leaching, while restoring a legacy brownfield site. Reserve and resource estimates are reported under S-K 1300 in the Technical Report Summary effective December 31, 2025. Following federal Record of Decision and key permits, early-works construction commenced on October 21, 2025.
