Combined open-pit and underground gold complex comprising the Scotia and OK underground mines, and the Princess Royal and Gladstone open pits. Located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, approximately 725 km east of Perth and 200 km south of Kalgoorlie. Property covers approximately 800 square kilometres of the Norseman-Wiluna greenstone belt. Operations include a 1.2 Mtpa processing plant that achieved 94.9% recovery during the year. The Scotia mine fully transitioned from open pit to underground mining in October 2024. Growth strategy targets scaling production to over 200,000 ounces annually, supported by the rehabilitation of the Bullen underground mine and extensive regional exploration.
