Hard-rock lithium pegmatite complex comprising the CV5 and CV13 spodumene pegmatites, along with several other clusters across a 50 km trend. Located approximately 220 km east of Radisson, Québec, accessed year-round via an all-season road connecting to the Trans-Taiga Road, with power to be supplied by a planned 69 kV transmission line connecting to the Hydro-Québec grid. Property covers 23,710 ha of claims consolidated since 2016, subject to various NSR royalties including a 2% NSR on CV5. Hosted within the Lac Guyer Greenstone Belt.
