Hard-rock lithium pegmatite complex comprising the CV5 and CV13 spodumene pegmatites, along with several other clusters across a 50 km trend. Located approximately 220 km east of Radisson, Québec, accessed year-round via an all-season road connecting to the Trans-Taiga Road, with power to be supplied by a planned 69 kV transmission line connecting to the Hydro-Québec grid. Property covers 23,710 ha of claims consolidated since 2016, subject to various NSR royalties including a 2% NSR on CV5. Hosted within the Lac Guyer Greenstone Belt. Aug-2024 PEA outlines a hybrid open-pit and underground mine over a 24-year LOM producing ~800 ktpa spodumene concentrate (Phase 2), with initial Phase 1 capex of C$640M and after-tax NPV8% of C$2.9B at US$1,375/t SC5.5. Feasibility study targeted for September 2025. Recent drilling discovered a large high-grade caesium zone (Vega and Rigel) at CV13. Flagship Canadian lithium asset.
