Underground gold and silver operation comprising the Martha Underground and the proposed Wharekirauponga Underground (WUG) development. Located 142 km southeast of Auckland in the North Island of New Zealand. Low-sulphidation, epithermal quartz vein system hosted by andesite volcanics. Acquired full ownership from Newmont in October 2015. Ore is processed using a SABC grinding circuit followed by CIP leaching. Fast-track Approvals for the Waihi North Project were obtained in December 2025, enabling the development of WUG and associated surface infrastructure.
