Located in the Municipality of Falan, Tolima Department, approximately 15 km southwest of Mariquita; accessed via paved highway and local roads with grid power available regionally. Property covers over 27,000 hectares of consolidated mining titles and applications across the Mariquita District, encumbered by a 2% NSR royalty held by Silver Crown Royalties Inc. Hosted in highly deformed Paleozoic schists of the Cajamarca Formation. Acquired in January 2020 from Cedar Capital Corporation. 2023 maiden NI 43-101 resource estimate completed.
