Description
As at 31 March 2025
Central Tanami Project (CTP) is a 50:50 joint venture between Northern Star and Tanami Gold NL (ASX: TAM) located in the Tanami region of the Northern Territory, Australia. Exploration drilling is being advanced across a number of key targets aimed at growing the Mineral Resources. The Mineral Resources reported in NST's FY25 AR Table 1 are NST attributable (50% share). Since the end of FY25 (16 July 2025), Northern Star entered into a binding conditional agreement to sell its 50% interest in the CTP JV (and its wholly-owned Tanami Regional tenements) to Mount Gibson Iron Limited for A$50 M cash; completion expected by March 2026 subject to conditions. As at the FY25 reporting date, NST retains the 50% JV interest and thus this Project row is emitted per the source's R&R disclosure.
