Description
NRP royalty over the Western Energy thermal coal surface mine in Rosebud and Treasure Counties, Montana, operated by Westmoreland Mining LLC. Production comes from a surface mine using draglines and is shipped by truck or conveyor to the mine-mouth Colstrip Power Station.
