Description

Underground trona mine and soda ash refinery located in the Green River Basin of Wyoming, operated by Sisecam Chemicals Wyoming LLC. The facility uses large continuous mining machines and underground shuttle cars to mine trona from beds 24 and 25 at depths of 800 to 850 feet. Processed soda ash is shipped by rail or truck to domestic and international customers.
