Combined open-pit copper-gold porphyry complex comprising the Hushamu, Northwest Expo, and Red Dog deposits, along with the West Goodspeed and Pemberton Hills exploration targets. Located on northern Vancouver Island, approximately 25 km west of Port Hardy, accessed via a network of well-maintained logging roads with tidewater access 15 km away at Holberg. Property covers 34,523 hectares of contiguous mineral claims on Crown land, encumbered by a 10% NPI on the Expo claims (Royal Gold) and a 3% NSR on Red Dog. Hosts Cu-Au-Mo-Re mineralization within the early to mid-Jurassic Bonanza Group volcanics. Acquired primarily in 2011 via a spin-out from Western Copper and Gold. 2025 PEA outlines a two-phase 29-year LOM, starting at 40,000 tpd for Northwest Expo and Red Dog, expanding to 80,000 tpd in Year 6 to integrate Hushamu. Pre-Feasibility Study targeted for late 2026. Flagship asset.
