Company-owned rare earth metal, alloy and permanent-magnet manufacturing facility on ~18 acres in Fort Worth, Texas, anchoring the downstream Magnetics segment. Building and improvements were substantially completed in Q4 2023; in Q4 2024 the Company commissioned NdPr metal-making equipment (including electrolysis cells) and strip casters for magnetic precursor products. Commissioning of the remaining commercial-scale neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnet equipment began in the second half of 2025, with first commercial magnet production announced in December 2025. Output supports a long-term magnet supply agreement with Apple Inc.
