Underground langbeinite (K-Mag, sulphate of potash magnesia) mine and refinery near Carlsbad, New Mexico, in the Carlsbad district of the Delaware Basin (greater Permian Basin). In December 2025 Mosaic entered an agreement to sell the Carlsbad mine for ~US$30 million; the sale was pending and not yet closed as of the report date.
