Douay

Flagship 100%-owned gold project on the Casa Berardi-Douay Gold Trend in the Abitibi greenstone belt of Quebec, consolidated to full ownership in December 2024 following acquisition of the remaining interest in what was previously a 50/50 joint venture with Agnico Eagle. The project hosts the 2022 NI 43-101 Douay mineral resource estimate spanning pit-constrained and underground portions, with the resource subject to a 1% NSR royalty. An updated Douay MRE is expected in the first half of 2026, supported by a fully funded 30,000 m winter drill program. During 2025 the surrounding land package was expanded by approximately 17% through a 72 km2 block contiguous with the northern boundary.
