Lithium-boron deposit comprising the South Basin and North Basin (Beacon Hill) areas. Located in Esmeralda County, Nevada. Property covers multiple unpatented placer and lode claims. Received federal Record of Decision (ROD) in October 2024, completing the NEPA permitting process. 2025 DFS update outlines a 95-year mine plan for stage one operations with an initial capex of US$1.67B, generating an after-tax NPV of US$1.367B and an IRR of 18.3%. Planned processing includes a vat leach flowsheet to produce lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, and boric acid. Flagship U.S. lithium-boron asset.
