Located 11 km west of Casa Grande, Arizona, with access to rail, interstate highways, and electric transmission lines. Property encompasses approximately 26.0 square kilometers of fee simple land and unpatented mining claims. Hosted in the Southwestern Porphyry Copper Belt featuring supergene copper oxide and primary hypogene sulfide mineralization. Acquired unpatented claims in 2021 and consolidated surface and mineral rights through 2024. June 2025 PFS outlines a 20,000 tpd underground longhole stoping operation over a 23-year LOM producing 1.4 million tonnes of copper cathode via an onsite on/off heap leach and SX/EW facility, with initial capex of $1.24B and after-tax NPV8% of $1.4B.
