A fully permitted 360-tonne-per-day flotation mill located two miles east of Kellogg, Idaho in the Coeur d'Alene Mining District, adjacent to Interstate 90, on the same property as the New Jersey Mine. Idaho Strategic is the manager and majority owner; the mill processes gold (and silver) ore from the 100%-owned Golden Chest Mine. A concentrate leach plant was decommissioned in 2024. In 2025 the mill processed 41,840 tonnes at an average head grade of 10.14 g/t gold with 93.0% gold recovery; since restarting in October 2016 it has milled a total of 372,348 tonnes. Three-phase power is supplied by Avista Utilities. The tailings storage facility is permitted with the Idaho Department of Water Resources.
