HighPeak Energy's southern core operating area in the Midland Basin, located in the southern portion of Howard County. Signal Peak is the second of the company's two contiguous acreage blocks and is developed with modern horizontal drilling and high-intensity hydraulic fracturing; some Signal Peak crude is still transported by truck while pipeline gathering is built out. Reserves and production for Signal Peak are reported within HighPeak's consolidated Midland Basin totals.
