Volcan gold deposit in Chile. Hochschild retains 69.8% interest via Tiernan Gold Corp after Tiernan was listed on the TSXV in 2H 2025 with a concurrent capital raise of ~$30 million; Hochschild received ~$12 million in proceeds from the secondary offering. Tiernan now operates the project as a dedicated platform to advance development under experienced leadership.
