Comprehensive operational review and one-month processing-plant shutdown for essential maintenance executed; production resumed in July 2025 and ramped through the remainder of the year. 2025 production 40,062 GEO Au (vs 2024 63,538). Reorganised Brazil team with new General Manager Ediney Drummond. Reserves at Au $2,250/oz, Ag $27/oz.
