100%-owned underground polymetallic Ag-Au-Pb-Zn-Cu volcanogenic massive sulfide mine on Admiralty Island near Juneau, Alaska. Producing since 1989. Mining by cut-and-fill and longhole stoping at ~2,300-2,600 tons/day. Tenure covers ~24 sq mi (440 unpatented lode claims, 58 unpatented mill-site claims, 21 patented lode claims, 1 patented mill-site, plus 7,301 acres of federal land). On-site SAG/ball mill, gravity circuit, and three flotation circuits produce silver, zinc, and zinc-rich precious-metals concentrates shipped from Hawk Inlet marine terminal. Mine plan covers ~11 years through 2036. 2025: 8.72 Moz Ag, 59.3 koz Au, 18.2 kt Pb, 51.4 kt Zn, 1.8 kt Cu. Reserves at $25/oz Ag, $2,100/oz Au, $0.90/lb Pb, $1.15/lb Zn.
