PENDING SALE: on January 26, 2026, Hecla announced a definitive agreement to sell wholly-owned subsidiary Hecla Quebec Inc. (owner of Casa Berardi) to Orezone Gold Corporation for up to US$593 M total consideration; closing expected Q1 2026 subject to regulatory approvals. Average reserve cut-off 0.11 oz/ton Au underground and 0.03 oz/ton Au open pit; metallurgical recovery (2025) 87% Au; US$/CAD$ 1:1.35. Includes Heva and Hosco satellite Indicated/Inferred gold resources.
