Combined open-pit and underground copper-gold complex comprising the Cortadera, Productora, Alice, and San Antonio deposits. Located at low elevation in coastal Chile, with access to existing infrastructure including grid power and a granted maritime water concession. March 2025 PFS outlines a 20-year mine life producing 116 kt CuEq annually over the first 14 years, with an initial capex of US$1.27B and a post-tax NPV8% of US$1.20B. Environmental Impact Assessment submission planned for 2026. Flagship Chilean copper-gold asset.
