Property encompasses approximately 22,000 total acres, approximately 91% of which is leased. Acquired in April 2016 from Walter Energy. Longwall operations commenced in October 2025, eight months ahead of schedule. LOM of 40 years with a nameplate capacity of 6.4 Mtpa.
