Consolidated Mexican silver-gold producer with five producing underground mines and three flotation mills. Operating assets at year-end 2025 comprised El Cubo-Villalpando Mine Complex (incl. El Pinguico), San Ignacio, Valenciana Mines Complex, and Topia (Durango); the Bolanitos mine acquired from Endeavour Silver on January 15, 2026 became the Company's fifth producing mine.
