Multi-field unconventional shale development targeting the Devonian to Mississippian aged Woodford, Sycamore and Springer formations in the Anadarko Basin, primarily in Garvin, Grady and Stephens Counties, Oklahoma. Property comprises approximately 74,000 net reservoir acres, including 44,000 in the Woodford formation and 30,000 in the Springer formation. The Woodford Shale ranges in thickness from 200 to over 400 feet. Produced water is reused and recycled through fracture stimulation operations when active, or injected into third-party commercially operated disposal wells.
