Gold exploration project comprising the Ormsby, Bruce, Nicholas Lake, Goodwin Lake and Clan Lake deposits located ~90 km north of Yellowknife, NWT. Approximately 12,240 ha across 35 mining leases and 1 mineral claim, accessed via gravel airstrip and winter road. Includes historical Discovery Mine site (1950-1969). Acquired from Tyhee NWT Corp. in 2017. Land Use Permit MV2025C0007 renewed November 2025 (valid to 2030); Water Licence MV2025L2-0003 valid to 2032. No exploration drilling planned for 2026.
