Gold-copper exploration project in Antioquia and Caldas Departments, Colombia, comprising one concession of approximately 1,453 ha plus 9.96 ha of real estate and 0.36 ha of possession-occupation rights. Concession valid to March 7, 2043 (renewable 30 years). Acquired December 2019. PTO approved February 2025; Environmental Impact Assessment filed with Corantioquia. Encumbered by a 1% NSR royalty acquired from Newrange Gold Corp. in 2022.
