Bulk-tonnage gold-copper porphyry and associated epithermal gold system comprising the Cerro Vetas, Chisperos and NW Breccia deposits. Located approximately 70 km southwest of Medellin, Antioquia, accessed by paved and gravel roads. Property consists of one Mineral Title valid until 2043, encumbered by a 2% NSR held by Gold Royalty Corp. Acquired from Trilogy Metals in 2016. PTO submitted to the Colombian National Mining Agency in April 2025 for approval. Aggregate M&I 434.6Mt @ 0.40 g/t Au + 0.10% Cu, Inferred 241.9Mt @ 0.41 g/t Au + 0.04% Cu (June 14, 2021 effective).
