Description
Uranium exploration project in the western Athabasca Basin, ~185 km north of Fort McMurray, Alberta. 16 contiguous exploration permits covering ~125,328 ha surrounding Orano's Maybelle River project (including the Dragon Lake prospect). Held 75 % by GoldMining / 25 % by Orano Canada Inc. Updated NI 43-101 Technical Report filed May 28, 2025 (effective April 30, 2025). Approved metallic-minerals exploration application granted May 1, 2025; mineral assessment reporting extended to 2029 (granted August 2025). No current Mineral Resource estimate.
