Gold-copper-silver exploration project comprising the La Cantera, La Garrucha and Middle Zone deposits in Antioquia, Colombia. PEA published September 7, 2023 (effective July 24, 2023) envisions an open-pit operation (5.5:1 strip ratio) producing 1.29Moz AuEq over an 11.2-year mine life, plus 203.9Mlbs Cu and 2.98Moz Ag. Pre-tax NPV5% US$447.5M, after-tax NPV5% US$279.5M, after-tax IRR 15.2%, payback 5.6 years, pre-production capex US$424.8M, sustaining + closure capex US$203.2M, LOM cash cost US$795/oz, AISC US$912/oz at metal price assumptions of US$1,750/oz Au, US$21/oz Ag, US$3.50/lb Cu.
