Gold exploration project consisting of three mining concessions and two exploration concessions totalling approximately 5,677 ha in Pará State, Brazil. Held indirectly through BRI Mineração Ltda. Preliminary Environmental License granted by SEMAS-PA on March 15, 2022; in late-2025 the regulator confirmed the licence will be extended pending internal formalisation in early 2026. Subject to a 0.5% NSR royalty (with a 7-year buyback right for half at US$250,000).
