Preliminary Environmental License granted by SEMAS-PA on March 15, 2022; in late-2025 the regulator confirmed the licence will be extended pending internal formalisation in early 2026. Subject to a 0.5% NSR royalty (with a 7-year buyback right for half at US$250,000).
