Tempiute

Co-flagship tungsten project at the historical Tempiute (Emerson) tungsten mine in Lincoln County, Nevada, located predominantly on patented mining claims. The company holds an earn-in option to acquire a 100% interest (Letter of Intent signed 31 October 2024, definitive agreement completed 27 January 2025, with 150,000 ordinary shares issued as consideration). Since acquiring the option the company has compiled the extensive historical dataset from the former producing mine, developed initial 3D models, and advanced preparatory workstreams supporting a drilling program that began in late summer 2025. The combination of historical production, existing infrastructure and new exploration potential positions Tempiute as complementary to Pilot Mountain within a planned Nevada tungsten production hub. No current mineral resource has been defined.
