Non-operated upstream oil & gas working interests in Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon. 2025 entitlement-interest production: 2,995 kboe (EG 2,834 kboe + Cameroon 161 kbbl), down 25% YoY due to natural field decline plus temporary curtailment in EG. Net 2P reserves on a working-interest basis at 31-Dec-2025: 11.2 mmboe combined (EG: 2.4 mmbbl oil + 47.1 bcf gas; Cameroon: 0.8 mmbbl oil). Net 2C contingent resources: 80.0 mmboe (EG only — 27.0 mmbbl oil + 310.0 bcf gas, unchanged from 31-Dec-2024).
