Cu-Mo open-pit operation in northern Chile. 44% Glencore non-operated JV with Anglo American (44%) and Japan Collahuasi Resources (12%). Lower 2025 production reflecting mine sequencing, complex stockpile ore, and water constraints. Desalination plant staged commissioning began July 2025 — expected to ease water-related constraints. Adjusted EBITDA US$1,080M (58% margin).
