Isabella Pearl — gold & silver mine

High-sulfidation epithermal gold deposit comprising the Isabella, Pearl, and Civit Cat zones, plus the Scarlet South and Scarlet North satellite areas. Located in the Gabbs Valley Range approximately 10 km north of Luning, Nevada, accessed via State Route 361 with power supplied by on-site diesel generators. Property covers ~13,337 acres of unpatented claims subject to a 2.75% NSR. Acquired in 2016 via the purchase of Walker Lane Minerals Corp; first gold pour achieved in 2019. Run-of-mine and crushed ore is processed via an on-site heap leach and ADR facility. Mining in 2025 focused on waste stripping for the Pearl Deep zones, with production starting at Scarlet South in January 2026.
