Low-sulfidation and high-sulfidation gold property located approximately 10 km southwest of Mina, Nevada. Property covers 5,588 acres of unpatented and patented claims subject to a 1% to 3% NSR. In February 2026, the company entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Hawthorne Land & Minerals, LLC, forming a 60/40 JV to accelerate exploration and development, with Hawthorne contributing an initial $40 million. Biological baseline studies were completed in 2025 to advance the Exploration Plan of Operation.
