High-sulfidation epithermal and gold-rich porphyry deposit comprising the historic County Line main pit and East Zone pit. Located approximately 37 km northeast of Luning, Nevada, accessed via State Route 361. Property encompasses 6,022 acres of unpatented claims and mill sites subject to a 3% NSR. Acquired in March 2018; historically mined by FMC Gold between 1986 and 1993. Approved for mining in Q3 2025 with operations commencing in January 2026. Ore will be crushed on-site and trucked to the Isabella Pearl facility for heap leaching and processing.
