Sailfish up to 3% NSR royalty over the Spring Valley open-pit heap leach gold project operated by Solidus Resources in Pershing County, Nevada. Royalty covers the majority of the proposed open pit. Expected to deliver average 348 koz Au/yr over the first five years of production.
