Combined underground copper-gold complex comprising the historical Ming Mine, Little Deer deposit, and Tilt Cove exploration area. Located on the Baie Verte peninsula of north-central Newfoundland, accessed via paved highways with hydro-powered electricity grid. Property spans 346 km2 of claims. Acquired in October 2023. Existing infrastructure includes a 500ktpa Nugget Pond processing facility and a 950m accessible decline. Scoping Study and PEA for an upscaled 1.8 Mtpa restart targeted for Q1 2026. Flagship Canadian copper-gold asset.
