Description
As at 15 September 2023
Advanced gold development project in the Abitibi greenstone belt of Quebec, consolidating the Duparquet, Duquesne and Pitt Gold deposits over the past-producing Beattie mine area. A 2023 preliminary economic assessment (G Mining Services) contemplates a combined open-pit and long-hole underground operation feeding a 15,000 t/d (5.5 Mtpa) flotation plant over an 11-year mine life, treating refractory gold ore via flotation to a sulphide concentrate with pressure-oxidation. The development thesis expressly incorporates remediating the environmental legacy of the historic mine. Resources are reported as a consolidated estimate across the three deposits; the project remains at PEA stage with no Mineral Reserves.
