Porphyry copper deposit and high-grade near-surface breccia mineralization hosted in the Palaeocene Copper Creek batholith. Located in Pinal County, Arizona, approximately 70 km northeast of Tucson, accessed via public and private gravel roads with high voltage power nearby. Property covers approximately 80 km² of patented and unpatented claims, private land, and state permits, encumbered by a 3% NSR to South32 and a 1% NSR to Franco-Nevada. Acquired in 2018 through the acquisition of Redhawk Resources. May 2023 PEA outlines a 30,000 tpd combined open-pit and block-cave underground operation over a 32-year LOM, producing ~106 Mlb Cu/yr at AISC of US$1.85/lb Cu, with initial capex of US$798M and after-tax NPV7 of US$713M. Phase IV 40,000 m drill program underway targeting near-surface mineralization and new discoveries. Flagship copper asset.
