Unconventional shale play in the Appalachian Basin. EOG holds approximately 1,100,000 net acres, including 675,000 core net acres acquired through the $5.7 billion acquisition of Encino Acquisition Partners in August 2025. EOG completed 55 net wells in 2025 and expects to complete approximately 85 net wells in 2026.
