Eni-operated (85% interest) gas field in the East Sepinggan offshore block in the Kutei basin, Indonesia. The Merakes East field started production in 2025, contributing approximately 18 kboe/d to Eni's output. Significant Kutei basin discoveries are expected to ramp production to over 500 kboe/d in the medium term.
